"This agency is completely useless. Any change or new policy will take them at least 3 to 4 weeks to accomplish. Most days they just have a sign out front the door stating that they will be back at some fictitious later time. It has been over a year now that they took over the agency from Karl Zeimetz. In this entire time, they were unable to complete a single one of my requests. Every time I need a new policy or a change, I have to call corporate to get it done. I am going to switch my agent now."

"Their office is highly disorganized. Agents (Craig and James) in the same office are disputing on the phone on who is correct and who is not, then following up with argumentative e-mails between each other while CC'ing me to resolve an out of state policy switch. The office does not answer their phones, and they guarantee a 48 hr response time. HA! I have to follow up with them because they will go a week or two without calling/e-mailing back. I had great experiences with agent in other states, but this office is horribly undertrained."

"I have been attempting to add a golf cart to my multiple policy account for two weeks. They keep saying that Travis is working on it and today told me that it was added and they were just waiting for the card to populate on my account. I called the 800 number and they told me they see nothing new added to our policy. Tried calling back AGAIN now they won’t answer my calls. The lady I spoke to today said she has been busy adding cars all day. Does the size of my new policy bump me to the back of the line? Glad I will now spend another weekend unable to use my golf cart because I can’t show proof of insurance to my village."
